Our business structure means we can fulfil our customers’ repair needs either on your premises using our mobile service vehicles or for more complex repairs, transport your machine into our highly equipped workshop facility. We can also provide replacement machinery for use if your own machine is undergoing larger repairs which will see the truck out of commission for a length of time.
Our fleet of service vehicles employs the latest vehicle tracking technology allowing us to maintain constant contact with our technicians and the fastest response times, ensuring we get it right first time – every time.

Preventative Maintenance
Our preventative maintenance plans are designed to give you the forklift truck performance when you need it. There are no hidden charges or extra costs – there is a fixed price, which includes travel. We can maintain any truck and our engineer will conduct a full report upon each visit. We want to provide you with the best experience possible and will go that extra mile to ensure you and your equipment are happy and fully operational.
LOLER Examinations
The LOLER Examination is a LEGAL requirement, either annually or biannually (if the machine lifts personnel)
Thorough examination of industrial lift trucks is required under health and safety law: LOLER 1998, which covers lifting equipment, and PUWER 1998, which deals with all other safety-related items, such as brakes, steering and tyres. Your regular inspections as part of a preventive maintenance scheme or scheduled service are not a thorough examination.”
Spare Parts
Like every piece of machinery each forklift comprises of hundreds of forklift parts, over the lifetime many of your forklift parts will need replacing due to wear and tear as well as increased use due to your company's productivity. JAF Fork Trucks is the place to turn to when such times arise. We carry an extensive range of forklift parts in stock and supply parts for any make of forklift including Baoli, Still, Linde, Toyota, Doosan, Hyster, Jungheinrich and Nissan amongst others.
Battery Maintenance
Proper maintenance of your industrial forklift batteries is an important part of keeping your warehouse operations running smoothly. When a lift truck battery is down, that usually means one of your forklifts is down and you are losing productivity. JAF Fork Trucks offer battery maintenance contracts to maximise your fleets performance and keep your trucks running.
